Therapy is one of the best decisions you can make for yourself but it can feel nerve wracking. I want to make therapy comfortable and relaxing for everyone from the beginning. I want to achieve a strong therapeutic relationship by getting to know more about you in our first session. It is my goal to provide a safe space in which you feel comfortable to speak about your concerns, issues and goals. Understanding your core values, needs, wants, and goals will help bring out the best version of YOU! The goal for each client may be different but I would hope that clients increase their overall self-awareness and implement healthy coping skills in their daily life. Therapy is an experience that may be different for each person but it is curated to your issues and goals which will be spoken about during your first consultation call.
